Booking Requirements

• Minimum driver age: 21

• Valid U.S. driver’s license required (no temporary paper license)

• Full coverage personal auto insurance in the renter’s name

• Matching name on the driver’s license, insurance, and credit card (if paying with credit card)

Reservation & Payment

• Full payment and security deposit due at booking

• Security deposit amount varies by vehicle; fully refundable if no damage or extra charges

• Accepted payments: credit cards, cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay

Pickup & Return

• Vehicle must be picked up and returned at scheduled times and places

• Late returns incur hourly late fees

• Vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as pickup

Usage Rules

• No smoking, vaping, or pets inside vehicles

• No racing, drifting, off-road driving, or track use

• Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle

Mileage & Fuel

• Daily mileage limit specified per vehicle; excess mileage charges per mile

• Premium fuel required; receipts must be provided if requested

Cancellations & Refunds

• 24 hour notice required for full refund

• Less than 24 hour notice results in a charge of $250

• No shows forfeit full rental amount

Damage & Liability

• Renter is responsible for all damage, including tires, wheels, and windshield

• Any accident must be reported immediately to both Vitesse Luxury and local authorities

Violations & Fees

• Traffic and parking tickets are the renters responsibility

• Cleaning fees apply if interior requires excessive cleaning

• Smoking or evidence of prohibited use triggers additional penalties
