Commission & Payment Terms
Commission: Earn 10%—20% of the base rental price (deposit, taxes, and fees excluded).
Who Gets Paid: The referrer whose unique code is used at booking. Payment is generated once the rental is paid and completed.
No Cap: There is no upper limit. Send as many bookings as you want.
Payout Schedule: Payouts are issued a soon as the rental is completed. Choose Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, or cash.
Tracking: Every partner gets their own spreadsheet to watch and track their bookings and commissions in real time.
Fraud & Cancellations: Commissions are paid only on completed, non-fraudulent bookings. If a booking is canceled or refunded, the commission is voided.

No. Commissions are based on the rental price only. Deposits are refundable and only held for small incidentals and minor damage. If there isn’t any, then it is fully refunded.

Yes. Anyone with a network — friends, hotel staff, event planners, influencers, nightlife pros — can join.
