Acceptance of Terms

Accepting or using this website or booking a vehicle with Vitesse Luxury, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. Vitesse Luxury may update these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of site or services constitutes acceptance or any changes.

Rental Eligibility & Requirements

Drivers must meet all minimum age, drivers license, and insurance requirements set by Vitesse Luxury and applicable law. Submission of false or invalid documentation will result in cancellation of the rental, forfeiture of all payments, and possible legal action.

Payment & Security Deposit

Full payment and any required security deposit must clear before a vehicle is released. Vitesse Luxury reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover damages, late fees, tolls, tickets, additional mileage, cleaning charges, for any other costs incurred during the rental period.

Use of Vehicle

Vehicles may not be used for racing, drifting, speed contests, off-roading, illegal activity, subleasing, or any other prohibited use. Violation of this clause allows Vitesse Luxury to immediately terminate the rental, recover the vehicle at the renters expense, and pursue all associated damages.

Liability & Damages

The renter assumes full responsibility for the vehicle and any loss, theft, damage, or third-party claims occurring during the rental period, regardless of fault, except where directly caused by proven negligence of Vitesse Luxury.

Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of reservation. Non-refundable fees, minimum notice requirements, and penalties for late cancellations or no-shows apply as stated in that policy.

Privacy & Data

Vitesse Luxury collects and uses personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, including the use of GPS or other tracking devices for the vehicle security and recovery.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas, through binding arbitration or court action as allowed by law.

By booking or using any Vitesse Luxury vehicle or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
